Returns & Exchanges

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in our refund and exchange policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange for an alternate design, provided the item is returned to us unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please be aware that certain items, such as earrings, custom pieces, and personalised jewellery, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons or their unique nature.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • The item is unworn and in perfect condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

Please note the following guidelines for exchanges:

  • Items can only be exchanged for an alternative design once. If you are still unsatisfied with the new design, we regret that we are unable to offer another exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days from the receipt of your returned products. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we kindly request photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please send the photographic evidence to hello@girlwithpearl.co.uk, and our team will promptly assist you.
