Each Girl with Pearl piece is backed by a 6-month warranty, providing you with the assurance that any faults in your jewellery will be repaired or replaced free of charge. It is important to note that if postage is required for the repair, you will be responsible for covering the associated costs. To initiate the warranty claim process, please provide us with sufficient photographic evidence of the fault, along with proof of purchase.

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, cleaning services, or any accidental damage. In the event of accidental damage or breakage, kindly contact us at hello@girlwithpearl.co.uk. We will assess the situation and determine whether repair is possible for a nominal fee.
