Waterproof charms and the chains are 18ct gold-plated stainless steel—water-safe, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic.

Water-resistant charms are double 18ct gold-plated brass, allowing for more design variety, including stones and colours. While brass is less waterproof, our double plating ensures it's 100% summer-safe. Plus, all our items are covered by a 6-month warranty—any discolouration, and we’ll replace the charms hassle-free!

Measurement: Chain length 40cm + 5cm extender

Stainless steel is durable and resistant to rust, so it doesn’t require much maintenance and can withstand water contact—whether at the beach, in the pool, or when exposed to lotions and perfumes.

However, be careful to avoid scratching or hitting it against hard objects, as this can damage the jewellery’s surface or cause stones to loosen. We also recommend not wearing your pieces to bed or in the shower, as they might get caught on something or break accidentally.

For storage, keep your stainless steel jewellery in a soft pouch when not in use.

Pro tip: Rinse your jewellery with clean water before putting it away. This helps prevent build-up from chemicals, lotions, or other products.

To deep clean, gently brush with a bit of toothpaste and an old toothbrush, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

All tracked services will come with a tracking number for you to monitor your order every step of the way. You should be able to find this information in the dispatch notification email or under 'My Order' when you log into your account on our website.

International Standard, however, does not include a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days beyond the specified time frame, please contact us at hello@romanticise.co. Provide your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
