Material: Surgical stainless steel - a durable and affordable material providing worry-free jewellery wear. It's water-safe, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic.

18ct Gold PVD plating - If you opt for the gold option, your jewels will be plated with genuine 18ct gold using a new technique called Physical Vapor Deposition. Our PVD process ensures a strong bond between the plating and the base, making the gold layer much more long-lasting than traditional gold-plated jewelry. Basically, the gold won't fade!

Stainless steel is durable and resistant to rust, so it doesn’t require much maintenance and can withstand water contact, whether at the beach, in the pool, or when exposed to lotions and perfumes.

However, be careful to avoid scratching or hitting it against hard objects, as this can damage the jewellery's surface and increase the risk of stones becoming loose or detached.

For storage, keep your stainless steel jewellery in a soft pouch when not in use. To clean it, gently brush with toothpaste and an old toothbrush to keep it looking its best.

Where is my order?

All tracked services will come with a tracking number for you to monitor your order every step of the way. You should be able to find this information in the dispatch notification email or under 'My Order' when you log into your account on our website.

International Standard, however, does not include a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days beyond the specified time frame, please contact us at hello@romanticise.co. Provide your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
