Storage: Store your sterling pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft pouch, to protect them from sunlight and moisture. Before storing your jewellery away for an extended period, rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry your jewellery. This helps remove any sweat, lotions, or other residues that could contribute to tarnishing.

Where is my order?

All tracked services will come with a tracking number for you to monitor your order every step of the way. You should be able to find this information in the dispatch notification email or under 'My Order' when you log into your account on our website.

International Standard, however, does not include a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days beyond the specified time frame, please contact us at hello@romanticise.co. Provide your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
