US Delivery

• Royal Mail International Standard, £3.5, delivery aim 6-9 working days. Please note this service does NOT come with a tracking number.
• Royal Mail international Tracked, £7, delivery aim 6-9 working days. FREE on orders over £70.

For the US, generally, orders under $800 will not lead to any customs duties and tax fees.

Where is my order?

All tracked services will come with a tracking number for you to monitor your order every step of the way. You should be able to find this information in the dispatch notification email or under 'My Order' when you log into your account on our website.

International Standard, however, does not include a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days beyond the specified time frame, please contact us at hello@romanticise.co. Provide your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
